Is it illegal in new jersey to run a card game for profit in your home even if it is for your friends?

It is technically illegal to gamble in your home period. Are they going to bust folks for a game of cards. Probably not. But if one of your friends doesn't like to way things turn out one night, you could be in a heap of trouble.
