What are the changes of starting a class action suit against a site like kazaa for having no verification or confirmation system in place that the material on there shared site of downloading and uploading is not illegal. besides the fact that they don't state on the home page that some material may be illegal and your downloads/uploads could land you in jail. Can anything be down to shut them down. Now I understand everyone should read the terms of service, but come on who really read it on every site they surf online. thanks for you comments.

Kazaa is based outside of the US, therefore your lawsuit would be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
