Used to live in Illinois, now live in Florida

Question - Back 1991, I was living with my then girlfriend and my daughter. She was collecting Welfare bebefits fraudently. She declared that she was living alone with my daughter, did not know where I was and that she was not receiving any income. At the time I was working for a well known company and I told her that was wrong but fell on deaf ears.

What happens if I report that fraud even though it happened from 1991 to 1992? She collected food stamps and SSI for a year
through lies. Would I get in trouble too?
