immature question about free speech

Sorry that this might not seem like a real crime, and it's stupid that it even comes up, but

I live in Texas. I made a bet with my friend, where the loser must stand next to an intersection for 30 minutes holding a sign that says "I have a small penis."

As immature as this may seem, I am beginning to realize that I will probably not win this bet. Is this action protected by free speech? Can I be sued by a passerby? Thanks.

Ok, so you have to promise to let us know if you get cited or arrested for this. It would probably be worth the airfare just to be in court while your attorney has you stand up and drop your pants to prove, as IAAL put it, "The truth is always a complete defense."

Just one more thought...tell your friend to be out there with you with a video camera. I'm sure the footage will be worthy of America's Funniest Home Videos.
