What is the name of your state? MA

Someone I know mentioned that they know an accountant who has been transferring money to a personal account (over $10k) from one of their clients. Although the person does not think they will get caught, can't the person with knowledge of the crime also be found guilty of a crime (aiding and abetting)? How likely is it that the ones with knowledge of the crime (but didn't report it) would be also charged if the embezzler was caught?

You are correct. Depending on the specifics, someone who is not a party of the crime could be charged for not notifying the authorities. I suggest you try to convince the person to alert the authorities or victim to the crime.
