What is the name of your state? ohio
i was indicted in ohio for theft a felony 5, when an indictment is issued are you automatically arrested or do they give you the indictment and a court date?
i am currently out of state and was wondering if i can be arrested in another state?

You would probably get arrested and then, depending on the circumstances, you could bail out or get released on your own recognizance. If you get stopped by the police in the other state, the warrant from Ohio may come up. If they know where you are, they might even come and get you.
