What is the name of your state? pa

If it can be proven that someone influenced an incompetent person into comitting felonies, what charges could be filed against that person. What if that person also misled police in an investigation?

What is the statute of limitations for such crimes?

I do not want anything other than the facts. It can be proven that this happened, and it can be proven that this individual can not be held accountable for his actions.
