Massachusetts, although I'm writing from California. I'm a author doing research. Does anyone know what the statute of limitations for MA are concerning blackmail and/or extortion? How about fraud? The specific issues are, how long after blackmailing someone can the perpetrator be prosecuted in the state of MA? How long after rigging a blood sample in a paternity case, ditto?

Thanks
