What is the name of your state? NORTH CAROLINA my girl friend at the time and my ex wife got into a fight and damaged some proprty well at the magistrate office i said that i would pay for the damages but the magistrate said at the time if i decided not to pay the two woman would have to pay i have been suponed to be in court because a warrant has been issued for one woman can i be made to pay for the damages
