What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio
I am curious if it is considered or anything can be done to someone who has shared parenting orders stating that the father has to carry insurance on the child, which he has since 10/09. The mother is still using Caresource and not telling any of the childs doctors that she has other insurance. Should I report this?

Hmm, dad's new wife/gf?

Dad's insurance is primary. Anything that doesn't cover is picked up by the secondary (Caresource). This includes co-pays and deductibles.

Perfectly legal.

Due to the computer-connected world we live in, this all happens pretty seamlessly. The systems handles the COB (coordination of benefits) pretty well.
