Intent to assault while armed
What is the time period a person can be charged with this type of ofense.
If the person pled guilty. This person was offered 0-12 month if plea guilty and she did. But have not yet gone for sentencing. Please let me know as soon as possible. She has been in jail for the past 4 months. we don't understand to much about the law. [email protected]

Did she stand before the judge and say, "I am guilty of this crime?"

If so, perhaps now she is serving her sentence.
