I am asking about a Massachusetts Law. My ex-husband was convicted of 3 rapes. He should come under the 3 strikes, you're out law, but he doesn't for some reason. I have recently met the mother of one of my ex's victims. The victim herself is now past on. She committed suicide because of what my ex did to her. She was only 15 when he raped her. I am trying to find out about involuntary manslaughter. Can he be brought up of these charges? I hope so because he deserves to rot in prison. Please advise.
