What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

I was just wondering if someone knows of a person that doesn't
File their income taxes to avoid paying in or avoiding child support is there
Something you can do about it. If so would that person need to call the
Irs and give them the information they have or what should be done?

Well for starters this person happens to be my ex-husband and he told me
Himself that he does not file his income taxes because he owes the irs and
He is also close to 12.000 dollars in child support he is one that they call a
Dead beat dad he jumps from place to place to avoid child support the
Attorney generals office here where I'm from has called me a number of
Times asking me if I have any information on him so they can file
Against him. he will get a job for a lil while but when child support
Catches up to him he ups and quits.he works for the oil rigs

I figured that was the case.

You may need to accept the fact that some people will - quite literally - do anything to avoid paying child support and even go as far as working under the table, losing their driver's license and going to jail to avoid doing so.
