What is the name of your state? Ohio

Is it normal practice for a judge to hear more than one case for you.

My boyfriend is in prison for community sancation violations. He had the same judge for the following

Two divorces
Child Support
Criminal charges for support

I can see why your screen name is "lucky u" instead of "lucky me" ;)

Do yourself a favor and ditch this loser instead of trying to convince yourself that the judicial system is being unfair to him.

It is perfectly fine and legal for the same judge to preside over all of the cases you describe.
