What is the name of your state? kentucky
my house was broken in to. The police know who did it and are trying to find him. he is a 16 year old boy who was kicked out of his house. he broke into my house, stole around 800.00 worth of new house hold items, and vandalized our house. he left semen on our brand new couch, and dirt and grass every where on our new carpet. can i take his parents to court and sue them for damages, and the amount of our stolen goods. i mean he is a minor and it is their fault he was not living at home.
