What is the name of your state? IL
my wife was convicted in 1996 for theft. she pleaded guilty to the charge and setup with the courts and the company. she was also under the age of 18. the state attorney told her that she would not have to worry about this following her after she turned 18 because it would be sealed. she has been recently fired from a job because of this crime on her record. what can we do to have it suppressed because she was a juvenile at the time of the incident.
