Recently I have been informed of an alleged sexual assault of a 14 yr old on a 11 yr old. two boys. The 14 yr old claims no such acts ever occurred. the 11 yr olds parents were shocked because they never even suspected any such action. Another family member extracted this information from the 11 yr old. What are the issues involved in juvenile cases. Who has the burden of proof and what kind of proof will be necessary. Can't an adult actually influence a minor child to believe an act has occurred? Let me know your thoughts.
