My friend was sentenced for 2 gun charges he pled guilty and was sentenced to go to this holding place for juviniles and he has been there for about a year now and I was wondering when is he allowed to get out I dont think there was a "set" ammount of time he was supposed to be there and he's turing 18 in 7 days... This is under Pennsylvania law's if anyone has any idea what i can do to find out or if anyone know's please post a reply
