We have a Fl.custody order which states the order that the grandmother had is no invalid. She has the child and keeps her hide and will not return her. Can we have a warrent put out on the grandmother and have the child listed on the missing childrens list nation wide? Grandmother had a good order when she left with the child but it now is no good and she was notified in open court at a hearing that our order was legal and inforceable. She ran from the court room and when we went with the sheriff to get the baby she was already gone into hiding. The orders were both from Fl. but we were in court in In. Isnt she now breaking the law? This has been going on for several years.
