Him I am new to this site,I am desperate for help.My Fiance has been in trouble most of his life do to Alcohlism.He has had quite afew felonies, he has not been in trouble in over two years which for him is very good.He went with afriend the other night and our friend got arrested for D.W.I.They came back to the car and told my boyfriend that they needed to handcuff him to but when he asked why they rufused to tell him.Well he kept asking but they just said to come willingly.He ended up getting angry and he kicked the police car and left a small ding in it that is no bigger than the head of a pencil.Now because he is a persistant felon they are thretening to lock him up for 15 years to life we have a 5 month old baby and I am dessperate to help him please anyone who can give me any advice I would greatly appreciate it.I live inCobleskill n.y. the crime was commited in stamford n.y. which is delware county. Thank you.
