ok, i got asked out by a girl recently, she is 15, i just turned 18, is this legal in the state of indiana, a 18 yr old dating a 15. i told her i would think about it because of age differences, and i want to make sure im not going to get introuble for it. so please let me know. |

You cannot have any sexual contact however until she reaches the age of consent in Indiana.

If you really want to date, I imagine there are plenty of single women 18 years and older who might be amenable to that idea. Even in Indiana.

Even in Indiana. | well im in my last year of highschool, and alot of the girl there are either taken or are "hookerish" if you know what i mean. so its hard to find them where im at. but im going to take my time. | |
