I know of a twenty-one year old male who was drinking one night. He was with some friends who taunted him to get over his fear of heights and to climb an electrical tower. He climbed, fell, and died of electrocution. His friends were there when this happend. I was wondering, do the friends have any legal responsibility. I am from Michigan. Thanks in advance.
