What is the name of your state? wisconsin
at the pre-lim hearing, the detective siad "yes" to recalling if he was asked that if the correct invoice was given it would be paid. at the trial, he siad "no". this lost defense foundation of wether or not defense spent money in question. with the key element of theft by contractor being that disputed money was spent, with that lie, was the detectives perjurous testimony prejidicial enough to get the guilty verdict overturned? im facing 15 years now and am searching everywhere for serious factual help.

I hope someone can make sense of your issue because I sure can't. Except to ask what did your attorney tell you?
