I'm living in Las Vegas Nevada. I was just reminded that I got a loitering ticket in May of 2010 in Santa Cruz California. It has gone to a collection agency and the price has gone up a lot. Any advice on my options? I need to get this cleared up ASAP.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
