A look alike substance

Indiana My boyfriend was arrested for Battery and Dealing in a look alike substance both Class C felonys. He has been in jail for 2 months. Both charges are underneath one case file, so therefore he will be charged with one charge. What charge will they most likely give him, and how long would he do. We live in Indiana. Do you think he will get a good plea bargain?? Thank you!
