My husband's ex has been accused of stealing $2500 worth of lottery tickets from the place she was employed and fradulently claiming a $5000 prize. Her family is withholding any information about what is going on. The local police station said they cannot release any information, either. Is there a way to find out if there will be an indictment, or if the case is under investigation? This occured in the state of Arizona, and no one seems to know anything.

It's not that no one knows anything, it's that they don't want to tell you.

It's one of those "need to know" things.
