What do you mean that someone is "getting mail to" your address? Is someone stealing mail from you?

If someone that does not live with you is getting their mail sent to you, I would mark the mail as "return to sender: addressee not known" and put it back out for the postman to send back. Maybe even make a call to the local postmaster and have them redirect the mail.

There could be any number of reasons why you are getting someone else's mail - most of them perfectly innocent.
