What is the name of your state?WA. Can a person who was convicted of malicious mischief have the charges reduced after a period of time, so they will no longer have a felony?

Once you are convicted it is past the time for plea bargins. You should have thought about that before you comitted the crime in the first place.

So in answer to my question, a felony can never be removed from a record?
