Deer Sir:

I am writing you this letter due to the fact that I
was the victim of a very horrible crime. It happened
a while ago; however, I did not pursue it legally
because I am mentally disabled. Now that I am in
better mental health, I realize that there really
should be something that could be done about what
happened to me on legal basis.

The problem that I suffer with is obsessive compulsive
disorder, and a few years ago, while my problem was
blatantly obvious, a certain group of people saw it,
and they exploited me for it BADLY. My problem was so
obvious, that only several people wanted anything to
do with me, and the reason that they wanted to be
around me was to exploit me for my problem.

A group of girls that I was hanging out with, who knew
that I had a problem, influenced me into doing things
for them that were not legal. The reason that I am
coming to you, instead of going to the police is
because she was one of their informants, and they all
really liked her. I know that you can have them
perform an investigation on this issue. She is
obviously an attractive girl, and after she got in
trouble with the law on a drug charge, she turned in
people to get out of it. She then continued to work
with the police just for the fact that it gave her
POWER. She felt as if her appearance could help her
influence the police into going after the people that
she had personal vendettas on. I heard that it was
her ultimate goal to have someone put in prison.

She misled the police into believing that I was
dealing drugs, and they performed a sting operation on
me. I was suckered into doing things that I normally
would not have done, while my problem stuck out like a
sore thumb. I want that investigation to become the
next investigation.

I am aware of the fact that the police can issue
pamphlets to individuals who are in question of
committing a crime, and then they can analyze it in
order to detect deception. I wish that this would go
under investigation. I know for a fact that I can
PROVE that she knew that I had a problem, and that she
exploited me for it, and that she influenced me into
doing things for her that were of legal question.

I know for a fact that she had me do things for her on
several occasions, and that it can be proven. I am
also aware that misleading police in an investigation
is illegal under Section 9.04.010 (False or misleading
reports to police).

I would like these girls to be questioned on the FACT

that they knew that I had a problem. I also want them
to be questioned on the FACR that they had me doing
things for them of legal question that I normally
would not have done. I also want them questioned on
the FACT
that they knew that they were misleading police
officers in an investigation. Then I want them to be
asked to take a polygraph test, and I want charges
brought against them.

If there is a law against having sex with people that
are under a certain age, and there are law against
having sex with retarded people, then there has to be
something that can be done about influencing a person
with a mental problem into illegal activity.

I would love to have this issue brought to justice. I
know that I can prove that this all happened. I can
also prove
they knew that I had a problem, and that they
exploited me, and influenced me into illegal activity.

Sincerely:

Sean Pearce

How were you forced to do illegal activities? you knew you were doing illegal activities, right? why didnt you go to the police for help before they arrested you?

Your argument is basically that your OCD made you mentally incompetent and unable to determine right from wrong. That is not going to be a viable defense.

I suggest you hire a criminal attorney. You're going to need one.

the stink of it is that the girl knew that almost every thought that went through my mind was about her. She had total control of me, and she exploited me.

The charges on me have been withdrawn. Is there anything that I can do to have charges brought up on the person that was influencing me. They knew that I was not dealing drugs, and that I had a problem.

COntact the police and file a complaint. They'll let you know if a crime was committed, and what the charges would be.

this girl knew that I had this problem, and she exploited me for it. I simply told her how I felt about her, over email. She had charges filed on me. I am no harm to anyone. If I was, she would not be so healthy.

I just want to know if I can turn this around, and give her nice **** burger.
