theft by taking
What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey.
I was charged with and pled gulity to theft by taking 3 years ago. I have now lost my job due to down sizing and am unemployed. I have been looking for a job, but with no luck due to this background. Is there something I can do? I know I have to wait 5 years to have it taken off my record. Would getting bonded help?
