So yes I was feeling a little lonely today so I called and arranged some time with an escort tonight. I got there and gave the money we agreed upon for companionship. We spent some time together which eventualy lead to intercourse. Once done she rushed out of the room saying "now I'm pissed".

When she returned, she said that as I finished the condom had come off inside her. Then I asked if she was on the pill and she said no, "it's $350 for the pill"... After a long pause she then says either I can pay for it, or she can get it from someone else and then give my information to the authorities. Now I remember her pulling the condom off. And there was fluid on the bed sheet. Which didn't make sense...

I said that $350 is unreasonable. Then she goes off on a tirade how shes gonna tell the authorities about how I didn't stop after I was done, she tried pushing me off with her hands, and I would not budge (obviously not true)

So my questions is what course of action should I take next? Either take the hit? Or contact the authorities? I could reverse the payment on paypal but would definitely need to call the authorities I think...

Seek a local attorney and give him or her the "facts" of your issues. Today.

so, how do you intend on reporting this to the police? You committed a crime when you hired a hooker. Do you really think the police or courts (even a civil court) are going to assist you in reclaiming your money? Google "clean hands doctrine"

There would be a good possibility of you being charged with soliciting a prostitute should you report this since you would have to admit to the crime to explain how you got where you are.


and if you didn't know that she had removed the condom rather than her claim of it came off inside her, I suspect you were under the influence of some mind altering chemical. If so, her claim of rape becomes harder for you to defend. Tread cautiously whatever you do. If it was me I would drop it and hope this is where it ends.
