Looking for some legal advice. I am military currently being brought up on charges of Burglary in Iowa (I was drunk, in the wrong place at the wrong time). I already have a civilian lawyer, but my questions are in regard to what is the military required (or what can they do) if I end up pleading guilty to a lesser offense (i.e., criminal trespassing). Unfortunatley, my lawyer can't help me with that advice.
