I am friends with a military couple. They are both in the military and she is considering taking some nude photos for a publication. Can she do this according to military law without getting in trouble? Or is this againse military law, and a criminal action? I have brought this to their attention and they are wondering the same thing, as they have researched and looked at the UCMJ, and it does not state anything like that, yet as a friend I'm skeptical and would hate to see her get in trouble. Help!
