What is the name of your state? Texas
A while back I was issued an MIP. there were open alcohol containers all over the room but I never admitted to any being mine and no breathalizer was issued to me. I was wondering if I should contest this and what the likelyhood is that I will win and what the consequences will be if I lose

was it YOUR room, your parents house or what?

Why were you there?

It was a friend's apartment. we were there to hang out. The first cop claimed to smell marijuana when the door was opened. that is why they came in. the people who lived there got contributing to minors and tampering with evidence because of a flushed scale (not my idiotic doing).
