if a minor receives a Minor in Possession of alcohol in Texas, violates their probation by receiving another MIP within 90 days, is there any legal action that can prevent the terms of probation being put into effect. I've been told that you could take the case to court, which could possibly take up to a year before it is before a judge, and even if you're convicted, it will come after the 90 day probation, just like you had a fresh start.

Have another beer mark...

...obviously you had a couple when you wrote this. The 90 days refers to the time of offense, to time of offense; not to the hearing date.
