What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana

Last Friday I was arrested for minor possession of alcohol. I blew .03 on the breathalizer. What happened was I was driving home from huntington and I got stopped by a police officier for following the car in front of me too closely. He was my friend showing me how to get home. But the officier gave me a sobriety test and a breathalizer. He took me back to the station afterward and told me he was filing a charge for minor possession of alcohol. I have no background of criminal activity, not even a speeding ticket. I would just like to know what could possibly be the outcome of my current situation after court. Thanks

P.S. I am not hiring a lawyer if that changes anything, and I had no alcohol on me or in the car. it was just consumption
