My state is PA...however I would like to know, in general, what is longest statute of limitations possible in any state for a Misdemeanor 1 (sometimes called a "Gross Misdemeanor"). I know this question may sound vague, I'm just trying to get a ballpark figure. I understand that it depends on the crime.
