Will a fourth degree misdemeanor charge in the state of Ohio from May of 1990 appear on a background check for an employment screening? Secondly, would having it expunged completely erase it from showing up during the the above mentioned background check?

An expungement will erase it from record. But make sure the expungement is effective.
