I live in Ohio. My husband was in the car with my brother in law, who was pulled over for a broken light. Both men were searched, and my husband was charged with CCW and misdemeanor drug abuse and felony drug possession. What can I expect? He has no bond, but goes for an arraignment hearing tomorrow a.m.
