Me and my friend got caught stealing alcohol from Shop 'n Save about a month ago and got charge with misdemeanor larceny. It was under $25. Our court date is June 30th. We are working on getting a lawyer right now. Do you think i will get some kind of prohbation? I am leaving for florida in a month for a week and i can't miss it and i'm wondering if i wouldn't be able to because i got prohbation.
