I recently got charged for accesory to vandalism. The incident that led to this was that 2 of my friends decided to damage a car, and asked me to videotape. We we later caught, and they were charged with "damage to private property" and I was charged with accesory to that crime. I wanted to know the best and worst case scenario for the outcome of this kind of hearing. I know that it was a misdemeanor, and that I am being charged at the municipal level.
