If you look near the top of your screen, you will see a drop down menu that reads, "Select a forum to post a question"
Simply click on the down arrow and select the area of law that best fits the subject of your questions.

You need to put in a title for your question, then you enter your question in the "message" area.
You must also include the name of your state, or the state which your legal question concerns.


Then click on the "Submit New Thread" button!
