I took over a business over six months ago; I decide to hire some employees to run my company more efficient. The person how I appointed to be my office manager turned out to be a nightmare. I later found out this person was in jail for six years for writing bad checks.
Of course before I found this out, I gave this person 3000 in advance for a one month salary, our office gave this person 2000.00 to generate business in another state, was allowed to rent an auto on the corporate account and ran up a bill, and finally another 1500.00 for more opportunities to generate business.
I contacted her ex-employer to find out in detail what she did there, according to the owner, the same thing they did to me they did there. Now, do I have a case where I can have this person placed under arrest?
