I had posted early and appreciate the help. I have more information and more questions. My husband has been picked up on a 11 years warrent for failure to appear for a felony charge of burglary of structure in Florida. He is accused of stealing a lawn chair worth at the most $25.00. Can that be considered a felony? Is the case still active? What can be done? And should we fight it or try to bargin out? He is being extradited to Florida from Texas and we live in Pennsylvania. Any help or advice is highly appreciated. :)

I answered your prior post. Did you read that?

By the way, who told you it was a $25 lawn chair he stole?

You may be missing a few facts here. Check out the facts; you may find more to this than you realize.
