What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wi

I posted a couple days ago about a Felony H charge that is (according to lawyer) looking like a probation outcome.

Is it possible to move to another state while on probation (assuming that is what happens)? Can the probationee (is that a word)... somehow apply to move to another PO in the new state. Will a job offer in the new state look good, in favor of the move?

Thank you for any info!

It can be done, but it is at the discretion of the probation department in both states to approve it. A job and a place to live will help. Depending on the states it can take quite some time to formally set up, but some states will allow you to report via phone or whatever while the paperwork is transferred and you get a new PO.

You need to discuss this politely with your existing PO.
