I was dumb to put him in charge of finance however I found out that he's been writing the checks with a piece of paper on the top so it will make a duplicates like "water authority" however when I requested a return checks from the bank the same check has his name on it. He and his wife took almost $30k this way..
What should I do? He does not know that I know. He wants to leave the company if we pay him whatever he invested which is about $70k.
Can anyone give me some advice? Should I sue? or Call the police??
