What is the name of your state? Arizona
My son was arrested last week for burglary in the 3rd degree. He and 2 of his friends ripped a cover off a boat, and one of his friends went on the boat and stole a cd player. My son is pleading not quilty to the charge of burglary because he didn't actually go on the boat and steal the stereo. Is he still considered quilty because he was a part of all of it? Would it be better for him to change his plea to quilty? I appreciate all responses.

**A: not only is your son guilty but he's also an idiot.
