What is the name of your state? WI

In 1993, my brother was charged with First Degree Intentional Homicide, Armed Robbery & Gun Possession. Since he was only 16 yrs old at the time he was waived into adult court. His laywer appealed the waiver, but it was subsequetnly affirmed.

In, 1996 he was convicted of all charges, recieiving a Life Sentence with parole in 2080 His aim at tiral was to be convicted of Felony Murder. His issue on direct appeal was that the trial court misused it's discretion by allowing a blown-up (21/2 by 2) verison of the statement he gave to the police the night he was arrested. The applelate court affirmed the trial court's ruling. Also his petition for review was denied by the state supreme court.

With the recent Supreme Court ruling in Roper v. Simmons and WI Supreme Court ruling in State vs. Jerrell regarding how juveniles must be held to a different scrutiny than adults. He is looking for any isight on how to proceed further with his case.

Thank You for you help
