My son was sentenced to jail with work release privleges. The judge said he could work up to 10 hours a day. The jail said that he can only be out 10 hours a day (this includes travel time). We need to get the judge to sign a paper stating that he can work 10 hours a day plus travel time. It is mandatory that he works 10 hours or he will be fired. His lawyer seems to be busy on Monday. Can another lawyer do this for us, or does everything have to go thru the original lawyer. Any help is appreciated.
