What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Georgia

My question:
My son, 18 yrs old, was arrested (currently was on probation from previous juvenile armed robbery charge (he did not have the weapon but was there) Got 5 years in juvenile when he was 15, completed 3 yrs, just got out in April this year. Sadly, he was involved in another armed robbery (he took car, other guy put gun on the victim) police caught them. He was charged with VGCSA, and armed robbery. He said he had ounce of weed. What type of sentencing is likely???

does VGCSA mean cocaine, or marijuana??
